We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our multinational team:

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Controller
• CPA Certificate is an asset 
• Good knowledge in accounting and reporting standards
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• Proficient in IFRS and reporting
• Advanced numerical analysis skills, successful in problem solving 
• Experience in SAP and Hyperion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Pay attention to detail & continuous improvement mindset
• Team player and proactive
• No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Fluent in English
• Completed military service obligation for male candidates
• Living or willing to live in Sakarya

Job Description: 

Accounting

• Coordinate and track the daily process with our accounting outsource company to ensure accounting alignment according to company policies and legal regulations
• Conduct month and year end closing, reconcile and balance all accounts and review monthly journal entries
• Ensures appropriate internal controls are in place and supports effective and efficient annual financial and bank audits
• Prepares financial statements and analytical reports as part of the monthly reporting package
• Prepare Tax quarterly packages according company policies
• Support the Annual Operation Plan/Forecast processes
• Preparation of annual and quarterly forecast budget plans in line with the objectives of the Company

 Controlling

• Drive high quality, accurate, on time, and insight driven financial and operations analysis & reporting
• Translate insights into financial recommendations for the manufacturing & logistic process
• Provide finance business partnership to logistic and global finance leadership team
• Support the growth of the logistic organization by providing high quality finance knowledge in local business cases and productivity projects
• Support, Review and Follow up on monthly measurement and reporting of KPI’s
• Works closely with Logistics operations to ensure accurate and timely capture of all production costs and effective analysis of production variances
• Works together and ensures the coordination with logistic service providers and local partners
