We are looking for a Project Buyer in EMEA region:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Economics
• Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing in the automotive industry (experience from commodity is an asset)
• Experience in team management is an asset
• Automotive industry experience in a matrix environment is an asset
  
• Fluent in English (Other Europen language as German, French etc. is an asset)
• Knowledge of SAP and ERP
• Experience in Quality, Cost and Delivery
• QR6S Yellow Belt is an asset
• Good in cost analysis
• Good command of MS Office applications
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Result oriented
• Living or willing to live in Sakarya
• No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy Commodity sourcing strategy for project components including make or buy
  
• Actively execute QCD targets for the given project by

    - Actively managing & executing Sourcing & Purchasing related actions in the given projects/teams following ZF WABCO S&P standards & WPCP roadmap or WCM process

    - Actively managing & executing Requests for Quotation & Supplier Nominations with involvement of ZF WABCO S&P commodities according to the project needs 

    - Actively managing supplier contracts negotiation and availability

• Timely perform total material and tooling cost analysis, preparing basis for decision during the project execution phase with supporting functions
  
• Schedule & actively manage supplier components and tooling within the WPCP project phases to be delivered to meet customer milestones
• Accountable for supplier quality - actively monitor & ensure all related CQP phases & PPAP closure on time following VDA and IATF standards in automotive business
• Actively manage suppliers QCD KPI’s in projects (target cost, CQP, PPAP RFToT) and ensure reporting to the Project Manager and Business Unit Functional Leaders on regular base
• Handover projects to Value Streams and S&P Commodity Buyer and support them for 6 months after SOP
  
• Actively identify & execute CRP idea generation and collection by product group to meet BU Gross Material Productivity AOP targets
• Comply with ZF WABCO and Sourcing & Purchasing rules and policies
• Improve processes in collaboration with S&P Business Improvement Team
• Accountable for driving the QR6S approach in projects regarding supplier’s issues
