We are looking for Quality Engineer for Sakarya Plant:

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering
• Min. 3 years professional experience in Quality Management Systems and auditing
• Automotive industry experience in a matrix environment is an asset
• Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in English 
• Auditor qualification according to IATF 16949, ISO 9001
• Knowledge of ISO14001/ OSHAS 18001 / ISO 17025 standards
• Strong communication and presentation skills for customer, supplier and internal organization 
• Certificated VDA 6.3 process auditor
• Knowledge of common automotive core tools
• Experience in SAP
• Good command of MS Office applications
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Living or willing to live in Sakarya
• No restriction for travel in & out of Turkey

Key Responsibilities:

A. Implementation of the Quality Management System

- Ensuring that processes are implemented in accordance with the applicable standard requirement IATF 16949: 2016, customer requirements and legal requirements

- Describe process flows taking into account qualitative and production-related processes in accordance with the standard guidelines (e.g. IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, AIAG) together with the process owners

- Support with new projects and modifications

- Management of document numbers

- Control the release process of internal departmental instructions

- Support of the specialist departments in the creation / revision of instructions

- Technical management of the team "Q-Champion of the departments"

- Contact person for Corporate Quality Management

B. Audit Management

- Independent planning of internal audits: workplace, product, process audits

- Implementation of customer-specific requirements for the standard point audit

- Carrying out the planned audits

- Creation of action plans for identified weak points and support in eliminating them

- Support of the Q management in the planning, implementation and follow-up of internal and external system audits

- Implementation monitoring of the Layered Process Audits

- Verification of the corrective measures

C. Continuous Improvement

- Participation in FMEA teams and 8D teams

- Participation in the improvement of the QM system
