Supplier Logistics Expert

We are looking for a Supplier Logistics Expert who will work in an international team at our Sakarya location:

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering 
• Min. 5 years professional experience in a similar position in automotive industry
• Experience on capacity management
• Fluent in English (Other European language as German, French etc. is an asset)
  
• Knowledge of SAP and ERP
• Experience in Quality, Cost and Delivery
• QR6S Yellow Belt is an asset
• Good command of MS Office applications
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Living or willing to live in Sakarya
• No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and asses at supplier’s site their capacity vs. ZF WABCO needs, short and long term (audits)
  
• Identify and improve structural capacity and logistic bottlenecks at suppliers 
  
• Analyze supplier capacity situation and prepare for Sourcing Committee decision 
  
• Prioritize production at suppliers based on ZF WABCO assembly lines and customer needs in case of capacity restrictions 
  
• Give direction to VS for communication and ordering process with suppliers in case of capacity restrictions at supplier 
  
• Analyze the customer's demand increase request (input from VS, Sites, Regions) and feedback about any potential constrains and time to close them 
  
• Introduce and manage SIOP @ suppliers 
  
• Tooling life time tracking 
  
• Contribute to Logistics strategy implementation Manage Logistic protocol related documents and ensure proper implementation at supplier 
• Ensure continuous improvement process (CIP) at suppliers to increase supplier's capability and productivity 
• Responsible in AOP process for delivery targets (supplier fill rate, backorders) 
  
• Risk assessment of supply base including Logistic Audits, e. g. MMOG/IATF 16949 
  
• Coaching and developing Associate Commodity Capacity Planners 
  
• Comply with ZF WABCO and ISC rules and policies
  
• Improve processes in collaboration with ISC Business Improvement Team 
  
• Set up supplier coaching programs
