QUALIFICATIONS:

University degree, MBA is plus, 5-6 years of customer insight and data analytics experience, Excellent command of written and spoken English, Experience in analyzing data and building insights & stories from data, Understanding of business intelligence, data management technologies and predictive models, Experience on SQL, strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge and experience on market or consumer research is a plus, Team work orientation and skilled in working with cross-functions. Excellent written and presentation skills, No military obligation for male candidates.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Analyze big data and generate customer insights to advise solution approaches, Design and deploy advanced analytics models, create ad-hoc and automated reports, Make recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes, increase sales & customer satisfaction, Work closely with internal units to produce more efficient and effective strategic decisions by the help of customer analytics, Understand customer profiles and consumption behaviours to increase customer loyalty, Cooporate with business units to design research plans and make actionable recommendations, Direct reporting to CRM Manager.
