Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Warehouse, Distribution and Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience (Blue collar management and large Distribution Center management)
• Process improvement and optimization experience
• Experience in managing P&L, deep understanding of cost drivers and insights through financial analytics
• Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Advanced MS Office and supplementary software suites knowledge experience
• Excellent communication skills in English

Job Description:

• Ensure your team delivers high quality work in an efficient manner that results with lower operational costs and higher productivity and customer service experience
• Facilitate development and implementation of sustainable process improvement solutions
• Make lead time as competitive as possible to create competitive advantage, maximize fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Develop analysis using internal and external benchmark to drive customer satisfaction
• Optimize operational cost through: Tender management, Lean based operational improvement projects and introduction of new technologies
• Review performance and draw root cause analysis to drive performance
• Lead cross-functional improvement project with IT and Store operations teams
• Benchmark performance against industry leaders and drive improvement in lead time and 1st time delivery success
• Work closely with central planning team for capacity management and work force planning.
