Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline,
• At least 2- 3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate environment specifically in finance, accounting, lease administration, or property management,
• Prior experience in lease administration, real estate accounting or property management with exposure to commercial leases and expertise in understanding and interpreting complex commercial lease language is highly valued,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken,

Job Description:

• Keep track of  the lease abstractions and critical dates to full financial management of landlord invoices and reconciliation audits.
• Provide comprehensive knowledge and access to data across the portfolio that enables the business to make strategic real estate decisions to enhance the core business.
• Abstract and interpret commercial lease documents (leases, amendments, subleases)
• Work on data entry, validation and management of leases, reviewing annual landlord reconciliation statements
• Conduct rent variance analysis and rent payment processing.
• Manage the Group HQ Communication of Leases.
