Qualifications:

• University degree,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field (Preferably FMCG),
• Fluency in English,
• Good command of English,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Basic understanding of process structure of softwares & flow charts,
• Careful and detail oriented work attitude, believes in teamwork,
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Job Description:

• Conducting market research into emerging trends in the industry.
• Researches marketing opportunities and communicates to marketing and commercial staff.
• Preparing sales increasing activity plans according to trend analysis.
• Leads sales development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary departments.
• Assisting to prepare store based sales KPI targets and budgets.
• Creates custom reports and generates standard reports for management and sales staff. Making in depth analysis for created reports.
• Preparing sales driving incentive projects and leading the projects collaboratively when required.
• Developing store dashboards including all main KPI’s for stores, analyzing stores individually to point out possible improvement actions.
• Designing analysis patterns to automate initial improvement action plans.
• Assisting and/or being involved in functional, inter-functional and global projects.
