• Bachelor's degree from Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Mathematics Engineering and other related departments,
• Minimum 7 years of experience in software team management,
• Extensive experience with Web Services, Layered Software Architecture, Microsoft .NET Technologies, BI Tools,
• Experience on ERP systems,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Good understanding of software development methodologies,
• Excellent analytical and communication skills,
• Completed military service for male candidates.

• Responsible from execution of Central Systems Software Development processes in accordance with company processes, and standards,
• Analyzing new software projects including mockups and design principals,
• Releasing software products by coordinating all parties while considering release and support processes,
• Responsible for mentoring and/or coaching staff assigned directly to him/her.
