QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Desirable: Postgraduate qualification or equivalent in technically and/or commercially relevant discipline

  • Strong knowledge of the market  segment within heating & cooling
  • Product Management skills in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of marketing and general commercial practices
  • Affinity with technical and technological aspects
  • Proven recent success in delivering new products to markets
  • Basic financial knowledge to facilitate rigorous P&L examination of category performance
  • Between 1-3 years product management experience in a high performing B2B organisation
  • Experience in contributing towards a successful, solution based selling effort (project sales)
  • Good communication skills Must be able to communicate effectively and engage people at all levels both internally and externally
  • Problem solving, planning and analytical skills
  • Ability to positively influence peers commercially and cross functionally
  • Living or will be living in İstanbul
  • No military obligation ( for male candidates ),

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Ensures that market requirements are reflected in innovation projects
    • Defines the required product portfolio incl functions/features for local market  participates in NPI projects Understand and work together with other Wavin categories
    • Provides local input for business cases
    • Executes the launch of new products  (more specific underlying tasks  internal launch  sales training  localize central communication  communication activation  local pricing  input technical documentation)
    • Monitors competition, legislation, market trends in the country feeds into the Business Unit
    • Collects (future) customer needs and consolidates customer needs at country level
    • Ensures that market requirements are reflected in innovation projects
