Purpose: Establishment of cost control works in order to cost estimate and contracted work proactively towards cost target objectives in collaboration with others (engineers, tendering office, contractors and vendors).

 Responsibilities:

• Preparation and control of Employer and Subcontractor’s interim progress payments, and completion of the approval process with the technical team and project management,
• Preparation of Subcontractor Agreements and Addendums ,
• Preparation of monthly İnternal Budget Reports,
• Supporting Planning Engineer for work Schedule in Primavera,
• Preparation and follow-up of weekly and monthly reports on Projects, creating, tracking and updating a detailed work schedule with the Primavera program in coordination with the site team, execution of weekly meetings for the work schedule,
• Supporting Commercial Manager for Claim management Works.
• Writing Formal Letters to Subcontractors where and when necessary

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 year in cost control/budget/contract topics in Construction Projects,
• Understand means and methods of construction associated with the construction and renovation.
• Understand the sequencing of work and the strategy of creating effective project schedules.
• Advanced in Project Management Softwares, such as Primavera P6 and MS Project,
• Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) and Autocad,
• Understanding of proposals, specifications and related documents liaise with stakeholders
• Proactively contributes to the team.
• Actively committed to teams’ development.
• Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Commercially and financially aware.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Highly numerate with the ability to research, assemble manage and manipulate numerical information.
• Knowledge of estimating techniques.
• Good command of English both written and spoken,
• Having site / field experience,
• Preferably experienced in work schedule, cost control and planning in international projects,
• Prone to teamwork, responsible and solution oriented,
• Results orientated and organized with the ability to deliver against deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.
