Profile:

• Native German speaker, plus proficiency in English.
• At least two years of experience in recruitment and sourcing and a good knowledge of Contact Centers.
• Strong analytical skill, good communication and listening skills and creativity.
• You are rigorous and love challenge. 

İŞ TANIMI

Webhelp Portugal is looking for a Recruitment Specialist. Your goal will be to follow the Recruitment strategy: interview candidates, direct approach to meet the needs of both the Recruitment and Production Departments and attract the best candidates on the market with the final goal of building a quality German speaking recruitment pool.

Mission:

• Filtering, selection and validation of received applications.
• Suggest improvements and work strategies focused on the German recruitment process.
• Recruit and submit candidates for all open positions required
• Assist On-site team with daily responsibilities required to keep Recruitment Operations successful
• Development of actions to increase Candidate applications.
• Fulfilment of Project goals
• Help build the reputation of the company by presenting in a positive and professional way
