JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least university degree,
• Having a command of the dynamics in the call center industry,
• Proficient in English,
• Analytical and problem solving ability,
• Having a customer-oriented working discipline,
• Ability to take initiative and decision
• Able to predict and analyze using statistical data,
• Able to use MS Office applications well and actively,
• Completed military service or postponed for 2 years for male candidates,
• Experience with WFM applications,
• Preferably proficient in Planning and Monitoring

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyzing and reporting for development areas for increasing and improving the efficiency of Call Center processes,
• Making reports and analyzes in line with the project objectives,
• Preparation of reports containing routine analysis of global data,
• Creating a total resource volume planning by making impact analysis of call flow, call durations and distributions,
• Creating weekly shift plans in line with the objectives of the operation,
• Making emergency backup plans,
• Minimizing the deviations of the realized targets on a daily basis,
