• Qualifications:
• University graduates in related fields. (Computer engineer, Electronic engineer, Computer programming)
• At least 3 years of experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting LINUX based environments.
• Experience in Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016,
• Experience in Citrix VDİ Environment and Windows Active Directory 
• Experience in Exchange 2019 and O365 mixid Hybrid Cloud Environment
• Fulfill software and patch deployment, create reports, prepare hardware and software inventory.
• Ability to adopt standards including system change management and project management practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to set priorities and manage to deadlines.
• Knowledge of operational procedures and security rules, ITIL knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English in written and spoken

 Job Description:

•  Provide necessary technology to achieve the company’s goal for their projects;
•  Provide continuous improvement for software, hardware, information security for the organization;
•  Provide technical support for servers, storages, and related IT equipment;
•  Maintain email system, cloud system, data backups and data lifecycle management;
•  Montitor and maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and other technical equipment of the company.
•  Conduct system troubleshooting to segregate and identify general system problems.
•  Maintain all local software and hardware licensing to ensure conformance.
•  Perform as back-up support of other system administators
•  Maintain server, storage upgrade, secure, system backups and disaster recovery preparation.
•  Support implementation and troubleshooting of all actions, additions and major changes to support SIEM and DLP systems
•  Recommend software and hardware solutions comprising of upgrades and new acquisitions.
•  Install software, maintain and introduce training as needed.
•  Maintain and secure passwords, file system security and data integrity for desktop environment.
•  Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations.
•  Inform senior staff about industry innovations and recommend relevant upgrades.
