Project & Documentation Engineer

The Projects & Documentation Engineer will be an integral member of the engineering team to ensure that all aspects of a managed project are smoothly transferred to the customer, in line with their expectations.

Projects & Documentation Engineer will also be responsible to support internal departments with any type of engineering clarifications & documentation requests. 

Location - Dilovasi, Kocaeli

Job responsibilities:

• Preparation of all engineering documentation.
• Prepare VDRL in line with customer requirements.
• Prepare contract specific QAP’s.
• G.A. preparation (Bridge gap between design team and projects team).
• Review technical specifications and create deviation list to sales.
• Support Project Managers regarding engineering clarifications & customer’s requests.
• Assist with any documentation requests from internal departments
• Attend Major Enquiry Alert (MEA) meetings.
• Attend project Kick Off Meetings (KOM).

Qualifications:

• Degree : Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years Mechanical Engineering experience
• Experience in one or more of the following equipment types:
  • Rotating Equipment
  • Mineral Processing Equipment
  • Fabrications such as bed plates, walkways, chutes, vessels
• Ability to fully understand General Arrangements, Cross Section drawings & P&ID’s
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc)
• SAP knowledge would be  benefit
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work well within a team and be able to communicate well with staff at all levels within the business.
• Advanced in English and Turkish language
