QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Responsible for assisting the factory HQ quality group in the testing and quality tracking of newly launched machines,
  2. Responsible for responding to and handling market feedback issues (submit ticket feedback to the factory HQ quality team, followed up to resolution),
  3. Collect, feedback and answer difficult questions,
  4. Establish problem collection channels, such as: joining sales groups, establishing problem feedback groups, etc.,
  5. Regular market visits to investigate industry trends,
  6. Collect information from dealers, first-level sales personnel, and customers on products, functional requirements, problem feedback, etc.
  7. Responsible for translating the service policies, maintenance instructions, engineering changes and other documents issued by the factory and arranging for service personnel to study,
  8. Responsible for the formulation of technical training plans for newcomers, the implementation of training courses and the tracking of the results of training,
  9. Responsible for the formulation of monthly learning plans for service personnel and tracking of learning effects,
  10. Responsible for technical guidance to self-built sites and outsourcing service providers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree and above,
  • More than one year of relevant experience in mobile phone technical support and quality feedback on major competing products in the mobile phone industry is preferred,
  • Proficient computer operation skills / good communication skills,
  • Strong adaptability, logical thinking ability, and ability to work under pressure,
  • Be proactive and willing to learn.

Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
