We are looking for an “Business Development Specialist” to be assigned to the Business Development Department of the Turkish organization.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree from Engineering, Statistics, or related fields,
• Min 2 years experience with pricing and sales channel analysis
• Experience in reporting tools (Tableu, PowerBI, QlikView etc.)
• Advanced Ms Office skills especially Excel and Access
• Experience in SAP especially at SD and MM modules
• Strong analytical skills and data analysis mindset
• Local implementation of Global sales excellence projects
• Ability to work across various business functions
• Self-learning, problem-solving, team working skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
• Resident in İstanbul Asian side.
  

Job Description

• Analyze data using SAP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Tableu and create dashboards and derive new reports according to business needs,
• Implement central approaches for pricing to local organisation,
• Create prices for all product groups concerning market and cost conditions,
• Market Intelligence; market conditions tracking, trends analysis, market size and share forecasting,
• Implement Sales excellence trainings for internal salesforce,
• Drive e-commerce operations and ramp up plan,
• P&L analysis,
• Responsible of B2B Shop (Webshop), Intranet,
• Proactive approach for Price and Profitability tracking,
• Campaign creation and analysis,
• Distribution channel analysis.
