QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking a Native Arabic Speaker, Social media and customer support team member for our cosmetics e-commerce website.
- Interesed with Cosmetics – Fashion and Trendy Products for women,
- Knowledge about cosmetics, skincare, haircare, make-up etc.
- Excellent custormer service and communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Great written and verbal English or Turkish
Responsibilities
- Taking care of all questions which come from our whatsapp support number.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Helping to our customers about products and shopping from our website.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. new products, new campaings, content for cosmetics, special days post)
- Stay up-to-date with online cosmetics and shopping trends in social media,
- Search other onlineshops in Gulf Region, make competitive analysis, price analysis and product analysis
Preferred Candidate
1 - 10 years of experience
High School(Graduate), Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
Turkish(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
