QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
WYG Türkiye is looking for a
Business Development Consultant to be located in Ankara Head Office. The necessary qualifications are as follows:
- University degree in preferably engineering or political, social or administrative sciences (e.g. management, economics, international relations, public administration) or regional development/planning from a reputable university.
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience in business development processes preferably including tender preparation for EU and/or other international donor-funded Technical Assistance Projects in the fields of energy, transport, environment and infrastructure/superstructure.
- Full computer literacy (good knowledge of MS Office).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Experience in Tender/Bid preparation, preferably 5 years for EU projects and/or international donor funded projects.
- Solid knowledge of preparing Expression of Interests and Proposals.
- Knowledge of PCM, PRAG Rules and Project Management will be considered as a strong asset.
- Ability to work under stress and within flexible hours and tight deadlines.
- Being prone to team-working.
- Self-confident in proposal writing.
- Detail-oriented applicants will have a definitive advantage.
İŞ TANIMI
The consultant will support the business development/tender team in all aspects of tender management for the following fields;
- Identification and tracking of national and international donor funded projects in a wide range of sectors,
- Developing business and being in contact with relevant companies from various markets to establish strong Consortia,
- Preparing expressions of interests including all administrative and technical inputs,
- Involving in the Project proposal writing and preparation of all relevant documents of the Tender Process (Technical Proposal, Financial proposal, clarifications, pre-bids, Consortium Agreements etc),
- Supporting and coordinating the whole tender preparation process,
- Building and maintaining strong relationships and working in close collaboration with the external/internal stakeholders and project partners.
