QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

  • University degree preferably in Business Administration
  • Organizational transformation experience would be an asset
  • Knowledge and understanding about project management principles
  • Payroll knowledge would be an asset
  • Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law would be an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication of English is must
  • Excellent mathematical modelling, analytical and technical skills enabling review, analyze, model, scenario plan and interpret large amounts of data
  • Proven capabilities of multi-tasking and working under pressure with deadlines
  • Actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong data retrieval and reporting skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, be a self-starter who works with integrity while also being a strong team player
  • Operating model design and organizational design expertise


Job Description

This position will be accountable for:

Being responsible for the delivery and execution of employee relations as being the first point of contact for all employees in their account regarding all processes, systems and practices carried our by HR.

Ensuring the execution and delivery of all Soft HR activities in an effective and excellent way,

Experience and good track record on the followings:

  • Performance Management
  • Hiring processes; recruiting and coordinating interviews
  • Learning & Development 
  • Assisting in the development of HR strategy, policies and procedures
  • Onboarding training & orientation to build a strong foundation for new employees
  • Coordinating exit process for departing employees
  • Ensuring that personnel entry and exit processes are carried out in accordance with the Labor Law

Carrying out the day-to-day operations for Human Resources, e.g., leave administration, sign-ins/sign-outs. 

  • Contract management
  • enrollment/changes/terminations for staff
  • coordination with Finance for payroll; salary and benefit package
  • Personal files organization
  • The official declarations of Social Security Institution
  • Following up the legal issues with Company's legal consultants


Will be reporting directly to Business Support Operational Director

3 - 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
