WYG Türkiye is looking for a Social Media Specialist to be located in Ankara Head Office. The necessary qualifications are as follows:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
• Minimum of 4 years of professional working experience is required
• Fluent in Turkish and English (writing and editing)
• Experience in creating content and creative projects for social media
• Knowledge of Social Media Ad campaign management
• Excellent command of MS Office Programs
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
• Knowledge on web and Youtube content management system is a big plus
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability

Job Description:

• Responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement
• Monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments and oversee creative design
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices
  
• Responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategy in order to increase the company’s online presence and improve the visibility
• Develop, implement and manage the social media strategy and monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  
• Collaborate and communicate with copywriters, designers, industry professionals, and influencers to ensure our content is engaging and informative while also establishing a strong network in relation to the brand
  
• Excellent multitasking and good time-management skills, great interpersonal and communication skills
