We are looking for a "Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist'' to one of our client who operates in retail. 

Responsibilities

·       Drive the utilization and growth of experimentation, so the business can make the best decisions for their customer experiences,

·       Manage and optimize landing pages, website CTAs, and lead generating forms A/B test,

·       Increase conversion rates and drive qualified leads,

·       Collaborate with and help lead a team of marketers, creatives, analysts, developers & UX,

·       Improve customer’s user experience and increase the conversion to life change,

·       Optimize our marketing’s conversion paths,

·       Increase funnel marketing efficiencies.

Qualification

·       An understanding of turning data into actionable information,

·       An understanding of SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social and/or other performance marketing/digital marketing disciplines,

·       Optimizes brand web / landing page performances & digital campaign performances and conversion rates,

·       Experience with A/B multi variant testing tools and technologies regarding CTAs, navigation, web forms, landing page, content placement and user flow,

·       Good Knowledge of Web Analytics Tools, Tag Managers such as; Insider, Google Analytics, , Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc.,

·       eCommerce and performance marketing mindset—understands how to leverage marketing tactics to target shoppers throughout the funnel to drive conversion,

·       Monitor the channel performance progress vs targets, with strong focus on sales performance, behavioral funnel analysis and customer satisfaction/NPS and for designing optimization recommendation built E-commerce experience is preferable,

·       Experience in GA4 is a plus,

·       Experience in Power BI is a plus,

·       Hybris knowledge is a plus.
