We are looking for a "Franchise Sales Manager'' to one of our manufacturer clients in food industry.

Job Description

• To find out potential franchise candidates by the sales targets
• Provided to him/her, to make the initial interviews and to expand the franchise restaurant network of his/her affiliated company,
• To create new operation and sales channels by leading off the current client / investment portfolio,
• To follow up the franchising contracts and the relevant payments together with his/her team,
• To actively engage with his/her potential (new) and existing franchise base,
• To report the sales processes and to submit them to the relevant management units,

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in related fields,
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales&marketing&operations in Retail industries is preferred,
• Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to influence people to foster change
• Enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated,
• Eager to learn, passionate for our brands,
• Excellent command of English
• Having no restriction to travel,
