We are looking for a "Insurance Product Management Assistant Manager/Supervisor'' to one of our client who operates in Banking. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing new insurance product/project/campaign studies, making cost and profit analysis of newly designed product/project/campaigns, determining marketing strategies,
• Being a one-stop shop for all life and health insurance related issues within the bank, coordinating all the related parties,
• Being accountable for life and health insurances P&L, ensuring that sales and penetration targets are met,
• Maximizing insurance commissions revenue while creating value for our customers,
• Building mutually beneficial relationships with insurance companies,
• Communicating with IT regarding all sorts of current and new product, project and campaigns, ensure information flow,
• Following up the sales performances of the insurance products and the sales processes and preparing the management reports,
• Developing, implementing projects that increase profitability for the branches and regions to achieve their goals, supporting regions and branches so as to increase performance,
• Ensuring the communication and coordination with the insurance companies regarding products, sales, campaigns, new product designs and situation analyses,
• Leading integration projects for the products that are not currently sold in channels (mobile banking, call center etc.) and determining the sales map based on the channel,
• Coordinating product advertisement, customer communication (sms, pn, mailing etc.) activities with related parties,
• Following up the domestic and overseas insurance sector and conducting benchmark studies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of experience in the insurance sector is plus
• Having a career goal under the roof of Commercial and Consumer banking
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Strong communication and data presentation skills
• Good command of Microsoft Office Suite
• English competency in a professional level
