Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for an "Operational Excellence Specialist'' for our client operating in cosmetics industry, which is located in Gebze (GOSB).

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or other related engineering departments,

·       Min. 3 years of experience in related position (Lean Production, Continious Improvement, Operational Excellence, etc.),

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in 5S, Kaizen, Lean 6 Sigma methods and systems,

·       Excellent command of English, both written and verbal,

·       Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office,

·       Knowledge of total equipment effectiveness (OEE) calculation,

·       Strong organization, time management skills and conflict resolution skills,

·       High motivation and energy with written and verbal communication skills, a good team player competencies,

·       Strong Project Management skills, knowledge and experience in implementing TPM/TPR,

·       Based in or willing to live in Anatolian side of İstanbul or Kocaeli

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Take active role in production processes and perform necessary data analysis,

·       Identify areas for improvement and make necessary improvements and work in coordination with relevant departments,

·       Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence strategy and tools,

·       Follow up unit cost reduction projects with related functions,

·       Organize OpEx culture building activities ( 6 Sigma, 5S, Lean etc.),

·       Coordinate and lead Kaizen events,

·       Leads and facilitates site communication, education and training on Continuous Improvement,

·       Serve as a change agent promoting the use of continuous improvement methodologies across all departments,

·       Drive 5S conversion plan for the factory.
