GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a "Quality Manager" to one of our global business partners in iron and steel production industry.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Physics
  • Experienced in ISO-9001, IATF-16949, VDA, CE marking EN-1090. UL will be a plus
  • Knowledge of processes of steel transformation: rollforming, cutting, welding and galvanization
  • Sound experience in Global Quality Management (Design, Commercial, Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Laboratory, Maintenance, Projects, Customers, Suppliers)
  • Industrial Experience in a multi-site environment (Steel, Automotive, and Solar sectors are preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in Core Quality Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
  • Experience in continuous improvement process
  • Solid auditor experience (ISO-9001, IATF-16949, VDA6.3)
  • Outstanding proficiency in English (written and spoken at negotiation level)
  • Knowldege in SAP and QDMS
  • Remarkable analytical skills and attention to details
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • High initiative and proactivity


Job Description

  • Support all areas of the plant in terms of Quality
  • Carefully and quickly scrutinize documents for accuracy with the intent of verification and correction
  • Continuous improvement process across the organization
  • Participate and support the organization in audits (internal and third-party)
  • Explain the teams the contractual customer-specific requirements and to make sure that these are understood and implemented
  • Consolidate and follow up the Quality KPI
  • Visits onsite (domestic and abroad)
