We are looking for a "Sales Manager'' to one of our client "Schaeffler Turkey"

Job Description

Manage all sales activities

Acts as the owner of daily business of all direct customers & key accounts

Supports & monitors the sales process of customer inquiry processing, new business acquisition, communication of terms & conditions, contract closing for delivery and general contracts, and order processing

Negotiates and Monitors of all agreements with key accounts, targets/budgets, financial standings, and monetary transactions

On a regular basis, reports all the sales & account management activities to the national sales & the area management

Travels around the countries, visiting main distributors & their sales branches 

Manages collecting market data, monitoring competitors, and analyzing market needs

Implements sales trainings for the sales force of the distribution network

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in automotive or technical engineering

Min. 5 years experience in sales & account management positions preferably in Automotive Aftermarket sector

Active car driver, no obstacles for traveling

Fluent in English

Organized, systematic, reliable and team worker

Goal oriented, innovative and problem solver
