Wyser is the international company within Gi Group in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are searching for an " Company Senior Lawyer " for our multinational company which is located in Ankara.

Responsabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from reputable Universities, Admitted to bar in Turkey, LLM is preferable,
• Average 20 years of legal experience,
• Experience in Project Finance law, O&M Agreements, Energy Performance  Agreements, Corporate law, commercial law 
• Solution-oriented and business minded approach to legal risks and structures
• Demonstrated ability to meet business and organizational goals,
• Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills in English,
• Ability to negotiate critical business-critical issues,
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment,
• Strong follow-up on multi tasks.

Qualifications 

• Reporting to the General Manager and providing support to various group companies ,
• Regularly meet with senior management to identify risks, challenges and needs and deliver appropriate advice and support,
• Providing legal advice, training and support on all legal issues,
• Negotiating sales&project contracts, joint venture agreements, confidentiality agreements and procecurement agreements,
• Assisting in the preparation of cases for litigation, reviewing complex documents relating to transactions in which the company is to participate,
• Working on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
