• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related departments
• Must live in Tokat / Turkey
• Min. 8 years of experience in site safety positions
• A class Safety certificate is a must
• Team work and team leadership when working in both internal and external teams
• Liaising with others both within and outside the institution, participating in formal networks and initiating and leading internal/external networks
• Advanced in English

İŞ TANIMI

• A comprehensive knowledge of safety legislations and management systems               
• Effectively communicate and influence all levels of employees and leadership
• Develop and implement a comprehensive safety management system including providing leadership and support for the line-driven safety process, behavior based safety, ergonomics and worker's compensation.
• Regularly monitor the system for improvement opportunities
• Ensure all on-site and external employees are trained on
• Identify current needs in all Safety area. Assess the effectiveness of acquired skills.
