QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field,
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a comparable position,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly in MS Excel,
  • Must have excellent analytical and reporting skills,
  • Fluency in English,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
  • Job Description
  • Preparing periodic financial statements and reports,
  • Monitoring and reporting on developments in financial markets,
  • Making of negotiations on banks and financial institutions,
  • Preparation and follow-up of daily cash flow, financing, foreign exchange, credit and other bank transactions, payment lists, and bank instructions,
  • Ensuring the repayment of the bank lending conditions and making repayments,
  • Monitoring of letters of guarantee and checks issued/received,
  • Monthly preparation of BA-BS forms,
  • Making business advances, salary advances, cash collection, and payment transactions,
  • Following up on contracts which related to the subject,
  • To ensure that the financial legislation is followed and the necessary changes are made,
  • Supporting the development of the requested management reports and developing of the reporting processes,
  • Registration, follow-up, and filing of the documents of the finance department in accordance with the procedures,
  • Using the HQ's financial program and transferring the monthly reports to this system,
  • Preparation and follow-up of the budget,
  • Fulfilling other duties related to finance given by managers
