Senior Parts Sales Representative

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a "Senior Parts Sales Representative" to one of our multinational clients in power systems for marine and industrial applications.

The main responsibilities of the position are;

-Supporting to manage key accounts and tracking spare parts requests,

-Monitoring the dealer and customer satisfaction during the spare part sales and after-sale process,

-Being responsible for the sales, delivery, coordination and reporting of the entire process of synthetic and mineral oils shipped to dealers,

-Providing all dealer trainings. (The use of spare parts catalogues, supporting the increase of the competencies of the dealers, monitoring and reporting their performances)

The main requirements of the position are:

-Excellent sales and analytical skills with strong customer focus,

-Capable to take initiative, result orientated and self-motivated to reach the sales objectives,

-Strong negotiation skills and experience in a highly detailed environment, good communicator at all levels.

Education and Experience:

-Bachelor's Degree in a business related discipline, (Business, Engineering..etc.)

-Sales experience in technical spare parts, (>5 years)

-Fluent in English. (Excellent verbal and written communication)
