QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of HR responsibilities and partner with the business on its strategic initiatives. The person will maintain and enhance the organization's HR by planning, implementing, and evaluating the policies, programs, and practices. 

We are looking for a senior HR leader. The preferred candidate is currently in the people management role with subordinates and is experienced in all HR functions (core HR, recruitment, C&B, payroll, HR analytics, talent development, union relations, internal communications, etc.). Manufacturing experience is highly desirable. 

 

Job description:

·        Generate strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent,

·        Create and maintain the HR structure that allows the continuous growth,

·        Manage employee relations,

·        Build and maintain the positive Employer Brand both internally and externally,

·        Lead the talent development planning and strategy,

·        Lead organizational culture and leadership programs,

·        Manage the employee files and perform HR audits,

·        Control and develop the HR related policies,

·        Control the payroll process,

·        Ensure HR compliance with the state legal requirements,

·        Prepare and execute the annual budget of the HR department,

·        Manage the monthly reporting process (e.g., MMR, budget, unused vacations, etc.),

·        Support senior management with the appropriate HR guidance,

·        Lead internal communications process, follow-up on its execution,

·        Run the annual Engagement process, prepare and execute the respective action plans,

·        Manage Union relations,

·        Lead the Corporate Social Responsibility activities,

·         Perform other tasks that can be assigned.

 

Requirements:

·         University Degree,

·        10+ years of HR experience, including staffing, team management, compensation and benefits, policies and procedures development, and employee & labor union relations,

·        Knowledge of record keeping procedures and ability to maintain accuracy,

·        Demonstrated ability to manage priorities,

·        Be a motivated self-starter who can anticipate needs, solve problems, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment,

·        Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills,

·        Computer literacy,

·         Fluency in Turkish and English is a must (knowledge of Russian will be an advantage).
