Now, We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our amazing team!

Core Activities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of Yalıkavak Marina Hotel to maximize the strategic use of human resources.
• Administering the HR Policies and verifying all procedures to make sure that they are in conformity with the Labor Law.
• Maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, time management, employee development activities and payroll management.
• Support operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.
• Effective management of legal activities.
• Administer Recruitment process through internal and external recruitment channels to find, attract and retain capable applicants.
• Applies carefully the Company’s Employment Procedure, interviews applicants, and opines on their hiring in accordance with the HR Policies of the Company and the requirements established by top management.
• Maintains organization staff by establishing testing, and interviewing program.
• Plan and ensure new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives.
• Prepare final termination paperwork for departing staff members including conducting exit interviews and analyzing resignation reasons
• Develop monthly statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.

Competencies

• BA degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration from a reputable university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of hospitality in management level
• Advanced in EnglishExcellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
