Now, We are looking for a "Marketing Executive" to join our amazing team!

Core Activities

• Maintains, updates, and manages all web sites
• Coordinates offers and information for all publications and inserts with regard to brand loyalty reward mailings
• Assists developing brochure and property collateral materials
• Participates in all property imaging work (e.g., signage)
• Ensures consistent marketing message is communicated in all advertising and collateral efforts
• Assists evaluating new marketing opportunities for the property
• Assists Marketing Manager to ensure the brand is represented on all quality internet sites that have the potential of providing business
• Assists planning photo shoots, developing shot list while keeping goals of property and brand image in mind, supervises if needed.
• Works with media buyer to plan and execute advertising
• Assists property in developing promotions for various campaigns.
• Prepare and review written documents (e.g., daily logs, business letters, memoranda, reports), including proofreading and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness

Competencies

• At least 2 years of marketing experience preferably in a luxury hospitality brand
• Fluency in English and Turkish
• Strong computer skills, exceptional detail and follow up, excellent time management skills and the ability to quickly evaluate alternatives and decide on a plan of action.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques  
• Experienced in MS Office and Photohop programs
• Detail oriented
• Positive thinking, personal presentation, initiative, adaptability/flexibility, integrity, dependability, stress tolerance, property knowledge, company policies knowledge, safety orientation, innovation, self-development.
