Marina Sales Executive

YALIKAVAK MARİNA

Yalıkavak Marina, the #1 Superyacht Marina in Turkey, is seeking a full-time Marina Sales Executive who can bring their industry knowledge to work in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

You will report directly to the Marina Director and will provide guidance and assistance to potential boat owners.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Enthusiastically embrace the Yalıkavak Marina values,

Establishes and maintains good long-term relationships with customers before and after the sale,

Develop long-term relationships with customers,

Follows the Yalıkavak Marina sales process to improve selling skills, including prospecting for new customers and follow-up on customers previously contacted,

Actively participate in boat shows and other off-site promotions,

Demonstrate basic Seamanship skills,

Provide knowledge of products and marketing strategies to diversified customer base.

Monitor and learn market area information and communicate information to Management. Up-sell and cross-sell, suggesting product substitutes where applicable.

Handle customer complaints and exceptions requests with minimal management intervention.

Build and manage relationships with various teams.

Displays a commitment to teamwork within the sales organization including commercial sales team and inside support.

Uses forecasting and pipeline management skills for prospective customers.

Maintains a prospect database on designated software package.
