Yapı Kredi Yatırım Corporate Finance team, is a capital markets origination and execution team focusing on equity and debt capital market transactions in both international and Turkey local markets. The team provides a combination of advisory and structuring solutions along with a strong international and domestic distribution platform and research capabilities. Core products include equity offerings and corporate debt (local and eurobond) products.
Corporate Finance team is now looking to hire an associate based in Istanbul
 

• BA/BS degree from a reputable university (engineering, science, finance, economics, management or similar degrees)
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience at investment banks, transaction advisory houses or management consultants
• Financial modelling experience is must.  Capital markets execution experience (equity and/or debt) is preferred.
• Ambitious and highly motivated, keen to identify and pursue opportunities for self development
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high quality, executive-level materials under tight timelines
• Good command of English and  MS Office application, in particular Excel and Powerpoint

İŞ TANIMI

• Work as part of a dynamic team experienced in raising capital in both debt and equity capital markets
• Involve in all aspects of the transaction execution, including structuring, regulatory process, and marketing of the deal to investors
• Analyze prospective companies for IPOs or debt capital market issuances
• Create memos and roadshow presentations in order to effectively communicate potential transactions to internal committees and prospective investors
• Prepare financial models
• Monitor and analyze capital market trends and transactions based on competitor activities and regulatory changes
• Participate in idea generation to generate new business
