 We are looking for a "Payroll Banking Segment Specialist/Senior Specialist"to take part in our Retail Banking Department;
 

• Graduated from top tier universities of Turkey or abroad with a degree in Engineering, Economics and Anministrative Sciences or Management

• Preferably experienced in Marketing, Segment Management or CRM for up to 5 years

• Excellent command of both written and verbal English

• Self disciplined and self motivated profile

• Analytical result oriented mindset coupled with strategic thinking profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with teamwork spirit

• Conceptual and innovative thinking with an ability to identify practical solution

• Effective team player with strong stakeholder management and navigation skills required to deliver results

• Military Service completed for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for implementation of overall payroll banking strategy including SGK pensioners within Retail Banking.

• The role holder will work in a team to define and execute payroll banking strategy for sustained profitability and growth of payroll customer base.

• Manages end to end customer lifecycle with onboarding, deepening and retention activities for payroll customers.

• Assists coordinating relations with SGK to maintain sustainable business flow for SGK pensioner customers

• Defines pensioners strategy within payroll business to attract more target customers

• Ensures ease of payroll customer onboarding through Direct Sales Force Team and branches

• Implements strategic actions towards reaching a higher profitability level for payroll customers

• Plans and executes marketing campaigns for target customer groups inline with overall Payroll strategy

• Works in coordination with key stakeholders to deliver seamless payroll customer experience

• Responsible from segment based KPIs of customer acquisition, customer churn & deepening and revenue

• Owns payroll banking goals, responsible for ensuring maximum return is achieved and customer is at the heart of the proposition; ensure all customer solutions and offers are consistent with the product and services mix
