Budget and Reporting Chief

Yapı Merkezi Construction and Industry Inc is looking for “Budget and Reporting Chief", who will be employed at our Head Office in Istanbul;

• Graduated from Business, Economics or Finance and related department,
• Experience in Big 4 audit firms is an asset,
  
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Control, Budget and Reporting,
• Has excellent knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS),
• Preferably have SMMM certificate,
• Excellent command of MS Office; SAP knowledge is a must,
  
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  
• Have no obstacle to travel,
• Strong reporting skills,
  
• Ability to build strong communication skills and a good team player,
  
•  Strong time and project management,

İŞ TANIMI

• Prepare income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement,
• Conducting expense analysis (on the basis of project, factory, product, cost center, etc.),
• Preparation and interpretation of activity reports monthly,
• Preparation of the presentations of the Board of Directors,
• Preparation of the annual budget, consolidation and analysis, preparation of financial reports including budget-actual comparisons, analysis of deviations,
•  Taking part in profitability analysis and feasibility studies,
• Ensuring correct, timely and complete preparation of all reports and presentations including top management reports,
