We are looking for a Credit Cards Product Management Specialist who will be a member of our product management team

Key Qualifications 

•         Bachelor degree in reputable universities (preferably in Business Administration or Engineering departments),
•         1 to 3 years experience in product management (preferably in payments sector),
•         Enthusiastic and excited in technology and payments market,
•         Strong analytical, planning, problem solving and organization skills,
•         Empathy for the customers,
•         Result oriented and able to face multitask,
•         Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills,
•         Creative thinking skills,
•         Innovative, ambitious, confident and able to take initiative,
•         Good command of MS Office applications,
•         Fluency in spoken and written English.

Job Description

•         Management of various card products, ranging from mass and premium credit cards to new generation payment methods such as digital payments e-commerce and prepaid cards,
•         Managing relations with strategic partners and 3rd parties, coordinating and cooperating with the related internal departments in order to reach product targets.
•         Determining and driving marketing strategies of the assigned products ,
•         Generating product based annual commercial plans and managing the performance to reach the budgeted targets such as sales, volume and active users,
•         Lifecycle management of the assigned products from the idea stage to project development, launch, daily tracking of all KPIs and accomplish all the marketing execution of taken actions,
•         Creating innovative and customer centric product and function ideas, designing customer experience, defining the project requirements, working closely with all the stakeholders during project phases ,
•         Planning and defining launch plans and setting targets to perform,
•         Planning and conducting customer campaigns, communication channels and materials to achieve and efficient communication plan,
