• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics or a related field,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position,
  • Fluency in English,
  • Strong knowledge of Turkish customs regulation,
  • Knowledge of international trade especially Middle East and Europe rules and legislations,
  • Experience in retail sector is a plus,
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines,
  • Teamwork oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Analytical thinking skills and solution oriented,
  • Strong planning and organization skills,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


  • Following up Import - Export operation from the beginning to the end,
  • Organizing all relevant parties (customs broker, international and inland carrier - insurance and customs) for smoother and shorter operation,
  • Preparing Import - Export docs and checking compliance of the them,
  • Contacting to the shippers-consignees to solve problems occurring during shipments,
  • Communicating with the international suppliers, monitoring and reporting on the performance of suppliers,
  • Planning and handling international transport,
  • Keeping records of Import - Export's data to the system,
  • Controlling of various expenses and costs related to Import - Export,
  • Controlling related Import - Export documents before goods arrival.
