As a hotel group with over 50 years of experience in hotel industry, we are looking for “Front Office Agent” for our new hotel The Soul Istanbul in Çukurcuma / Taksim. 

 Job Description:

 As Front Office Agent, you will provide more than reception services for our guests. Our jobs aren’t just about giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique. We want to share our guests’ passion about experiencing a hotel and a city, and we are looking for candidates that can share this passion. This role takes the initiative to deliver a memorable experience that guides guests through their entire stay and goes beyond the traditional front desk to take ownership of the guest experience. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. Whether processing operational needs reports, sharing the highlights of the local area, chitchatting with guests about general culture etc.

Qualifications: 

• University degree 

• Proficiency in English (verbal and written), second language an asset 

• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

• Highly responsible & reliable

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

• Having good knowledge about Istanbul and following events in the city

• Adapt to work 3 shift working hours (07:00 - 15:00 / 15:00 - 23:00/23:00 - 07:00) 

• Open to self development
