We are looking for SQA Engineer for our Quality Department in YOT-K (Kuzuluk) , Akyazı, Sakarya.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in problem solving activities and investigations with purpose to understand if it´s supplier related problem.
• Responsible to Issue supplier complaints using GQRS-C system.
• Responsible to activate the dynamization to status "Q" in Fastcheck after creating a supplier complaint.
• Responsible to monitor and assure supplier containment actions( such us: Sorting, Rework, Scrap), when done inside Yazaki plants.
• Responsible to evaluate and decide acceptance or not about clear 8D reports from suppliers.
• Responsible to manage and close in the proper manner all issued complaints when all process is in accepted status.
• Participate and support in supplier process visits related to problem solving issues. a- Responsible to manage and close in the proper manner all customer complaints
• Responsible to follow up customer  PPAP requirement and provide PPAP file accordingly  
• Ensure that all deliveried component have approved PPAP by customer  a- Report weekly and monthly through the plant reports documents  provided by Supplier Development the actions / roadblocks found when managing claims with suppliers.
• Ensure that daily work activities are shared between shift changes. a- Responsible to inform when escalation process needs to be initiated by applying the process described in YEL SPDM procedure. a- To attend with SQEs in suppliers process / product audits at supplier locations.

Required Qualifications of Ideal Candidate 

• Engineering or Business Administration combined with technical background or skills, or equivalent Master or Bachelor Degree as a commercial / economical fields
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar positions
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Advanced level of MS Office Applications
• Self-motivated, analytical thinking, result oriented approach and good interpersonal skills are required competencies
