Job Description

• Develop & implement detailed supply chain concept for every part including customer + SAP system set up & maintenance to reciept in 3PL & supply to customers
• Investigate ways to simplify the supply chain, reduce leadtimes & Yazaki logistics cost 
• Delivery performance must not drop below target levels. Proactively work with suppliers  & purchasing to ensure early notification & resolution of any supply constraints
• Dispute process to be submitted on time
• Material planning of finished products and local contact for the OEM
  
• Ensure EBIT target is achieved on all portfolio parts via data driven cost negotiations with the customer
• Pricing data, SAP & portfolio maintanence must be confirmed as accurate weekly
• Any errors must be corrected immediately
• Invoice / payment delays must be addressed immediately customer fails to pay on time
• Tracking of EOL & price increases in line with transfer price rules
• Monitoring of the supply chains in regards to obsolete prevention
  
• F2F / phone contact daily / weekly with both customer & internal fact holders to ensure Yazaki delivers customer satisfaction
• General customer care with regard to logistic issues
  
• Responsible for presenting a monthly review of margins by part & an action plan to improve & to escalate supply constraints
• Internal contact for team request in regards to SAP
  
• SAP master data & supply chain set up to include price & the supply chain delivery method must be accurate & match the customers database
• Interface to IT SAP Team for improvement of local SAP Transactions and reports
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or relevant fields
• Adequate knowledge in planning, foreign trade, customs related regulations and laws
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar positions
• SAP MM and SD Modules or comparable ERP systems knowledge is an asset
• Advanced level of Excel and other MS Office Applications
• Analytical thinking, result and customer oriented approach and good interpersonal skills are required competencies
• Able to work both independently and in a team, flexible
• Male candidates should have completed military service
