We are looking for Category Buyer (Routing&Component) for our office in Nilüfer, Bursa.

What You’ll Do

• Review and negotiates supplier terms and conditions, initiate & lead VAVE & Benchmarking activities, use link & Leverage opportunities with new sourcing potentials in new & existing projects in order to achieve overall cost reduction targetsLead supplier 
• Sourcing for new and existing business to achieve the overall cross functional targets and objectives along the Yazaki and OEM requirements
• Develop sub-commodity & supplier strategy and set-up preferred supplier lists for assigned commodity in YEL aligned with regional Central Functions and Business Units, which may support Global Purchasing Policies & Requirements
• Optimize and monitor the supply base performance according to QDCE to achieve overall targets and objectives. 
• Coordinate management reviews as well as roadmap reviews with key suppliers to improve overall Supply Management, Yazaki EMEA and Yazaki performance
• Perform assigned commodity KPIs, overall contact management and process

Required Qualifications of Ideal Candidate

• Robust understanding of plastic injection molding process and product cost structure
• Knowledge of rubber injection and / or stamp-bending process and product cost structure is prefable
• Engineering or Business Administration combined with technical background or skills, or equivalent Master or Bachelor Degree as a commercial / economical fieldsMinimum 5 years experience in similar positions
• Excellent command of English, both written and spokenSound understanding of die-casting and / or stamp-bending process and related product cost structure
• Advanced level of MS Office Applications, SAP knowledge preferableSelf-motivated, analytical and strategic thinking, result oriented approach and good interpersonal skills are required competencies
• Male candidates should have completed military service
