We are looking Controller for our location in Bursa, Gemlik or Sakarya, Akyazı. Location will be decided according to candidate's residence.

What You’ll Do

• Key contact for Finance & Controlling regarding business topics within the BU

• Key contact of Head of BU to drive business, Support the strategic development of the BU, identify and implement profit improvement measures

• Functional and disciplinary leadship of the BU Controlling function

• Steering of tasks within the team for the set-up of ad hoc analysis and special topics

• Support Sales teams in RFQ/RFI, prepare and update projects LBP, review with the Central controlling, challenge assumptions, check consistency of data input and suggest improvements

• Oversee the preparation of Annual budget (STP), MTP (Mid Term Plan) and 5 years Business Plan with coordination of relevant departments

• Review weekly forecast prepared by the team after alignment with Plant, Sales and logistic within BU

• Prepare monthly financial reporting requested by head of BU, Central Finance & Controlling and YC

• Oversee and support month end closing activities with coordination with local Finance Team, Group accounting and Central controlling

• Perform Gross Margin Analysis: Selling price, price reduction and MIT, PPV analysis, premium freight follow-up, check copper pass-through

• Check on regular basis Balance Sheet items: Asset under construction, Depreciation of specific Assets, Aging of accounts receivables and accrued incomes/expenses

• Continuous improvement of the BU Controlling processes

• Contribute to the development of functional Controlling strategy

Required Qualifications of Ideal Candidate

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics

• Advance level of MS office knowledge

• Advanced user of SAP

• Fluent in English, also German is preferable

• Analytical, strategic thinking, broad perspective thinking, dealing with complexity, change agility, entrepreneurial thinking

• Minimum 3 years experience in similar positions like Controlling, Accounting, Cost Accounting or Project Management

• For male candidates, military service should be completed
