We are looking for Lead Supplier Tool Management Engineer for our engineering office in Nilüfer, Bursa.

What You’ll Do

• Manage, control and predict the supplier tool availibilities beside the operational requirements of initial/contracted tools in a capacity, time, cost effective manner. Leading the  Supplier Tool Management acitivities,creating the robust follow up steps for the full control on the M1/M2 parts tool investment details(capacity,lifetime, number of shots,tool ownerity,labelling process etc)
• Supporting the supplier capacity team for Run@rate activities monitoring supplier performance together with suppliers , in cooperation with overall Yazaki required quotation.Coordinate overall development and improvement  activies  of Supplier tools link to life time of the tools
• To monitor & coordinate the effectiveness and efficiency of the whole supplier manufacturing process within the suppliers,alert with major discrepencies
• Editing/following of  robust software solution as one of the key user for the regular supplier  tool process  with the suppliers.Join regular supplier meetings for supplier tool related issues beside on site visits.
• General task follow up on given actions with action/tracking lists, status reports and overviews on the collect needed data,following department KPIs beside the given individual targets.

Required Qualifications of Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 4 years experience in similar positions
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Advanced level of MS Office Applications
• Experience in component management ,capacity management, knowledge in production/material planning, component production equipments and tools
• Knowledge in supplier manufacturing systems, equipments and tools.
