We are looking for Purchasing Analyst for our engineering office in Nilüfer, Bursa.

What You’ll Do

• ECR: Engineering Change Requests

• Receive the ECR information

• Check the new parts

• Check the Contract in GPDB

• Check the information in ECR and in GPDB

• Check information in E-matrix

• Complete the new part in ECR and the ECR request

• Check and do the Item Release

• eRFQ: electronic Request for Quotation

• Check if exist and issue an e-RFQ

• Attach/ delete documents in e-RFQ (if applicable)

• Send the e-RFQ / e-RFQ reminder / clarification

• e-RFQ answered & Selected

• Update e-RFQ state

• Prepare, collect & analyze component’s list

• Create & send supplier’s requests by e-mail

• Compile supplier’s feedback & update data & send

• Create new Master Bom folder & Compile needed data

• Request new BoM in GPDB

• Extract carset BoM from GPDB

• Process monthly data

• Validate Master BOM data

• Update Master BoM on customer path & inform AP

• Commitment to the Organization's Management, Quality and EHS Systems

Required Qualifications of Ideal Candidate

• Engineering or Business Administration combined with technical background or skills, or equivalent Bachelor Degree as a commercial / economical fields
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar positions
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Advanced level of MS Office Applications
• Self-motivated, analytical thinking, result oriented approach and good interpersonal skills are required competencies
• Male candidates should have completed military service
