To strengthen our team, we are looking for Quality Engineer which will be located in our plant, Akyazı, SAKARYA

What will your job be about?

• Preparing and maintaining up-to-date Quality Control plans for production processes
• Actively participating in PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) studies
• Reporting customer complaints to the factory, conducting detailed root cause analyses, preparing 8D reports, and following up on actions
• Regularly reviewing internal errors, creating improvement plans, and carrying out necessary corrective actions
• Completing the necessary preparations before customer audits and playing an active role in the audit processes
• Checking and approving the technical suitability of repair and rework instructions
• Determining and documenting pre-shipment packaging standards for products
• Detailed review of customer technical drawings/blueprints and monitoring of approval processes for design changes
• Conducting product inspections within the factory, analyzing the results, and reporting them to senior management
• Taking necessary permanent measures to prevent recurrence of errors and informing relevant departments about the issue
• Establishing visual inspection and observation standards and incorporating them into standard operating procedures
• Preparing special warning forms and critical control point notifications related to quality processes

What will you bring with you?

• Graduates of Engineering faculties from universities
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Preferably experienced in the automotive industry and quality management
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical thinking skills and solution-oriented
• Strong communication skills and team player
• Residing in or able to reside in Sakarya or Kocaeli provinces
