As a part of a Multinational Company, we are looking for a  “Human Resources Specialist” for our Bursa-Mudanya plant with below qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• Preferably minimum 1-4 years experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of core HR disciplines is an asset
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Advanced level of Excel and other MS Office Applications
• Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
• Male candidates should have completed military service.

Job Description

• Supports HR teams to ensure seamless implementation of HR process,
• Guides and ensures HR processes like talent acqusition, talent management, training activities, performance management, competence management, HR Marketing & Communication, etc.
• To be responsible for learning activities ; organizing training programs in line with company strategy. Works with relevant employees evaluations to determine training needs. Monitor the efficiency of the training and development activities and detect the competency gaps,
• Supporting corporate social responsibility projects and motivational activities.Create and execute internal communication campaigns and projects,
• To support YEL corporate communication department in the preparation of content related to social media platforms,
• Updating & developing HR documentations (processes and policies through procedures),
• Preparing and following practical and technical orientation programmes,
• Tracking and updating training and relevant HR metrics,
• Implementation of employee satisfaction survey, reporting of results, performing pareto analysis and follow-up of actions.
