We are looking for “Technical Department Maintenance Engineer” for our Bursa-Mudanya plant with below qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Electronics and Mechanical Engineering or relevant fields
• Preferably minimum 1-3 years experience in a similar role
• Preferably having knowledge about Electrical / Electronic, Pneumatic, Mechanical, PLC, SAP, Cadra, Autocad
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Advanced level of Excel and other MS Office Applications
• Analytical thinking, result, customer oriented approach and good interpersonal skills are required competencies
• Male candidates should have completed military service.

Job Description

• To conduct the planned maintenance activities of machine / equipment in production section
• To conduct of planned maintenance  of machine and other auxiliary equipment
• To prepare the necessary file and reporting 
• Performing the necessary technical analysis releated to repeated breakdown and implementing and tracking their actions
• To perform the proficiency studies within the plan of the production section machines
• To conduct and plan of layout studies of the machines in production section
• Implementation of revision works of the in production section machines
• Following up the objectives related to the department
• Performing, interpreting and reporting of breakdown analysis that occur in its shift
• Taking action, implementation and follow-up in order not to repeat of breakdown that occur
• Preparation of shift report about the breakdown that occurred in the shift
• To register of stops and spare parts consumption to the SAP system and maintain the functionality of the system
• Implementation and follow-up of suggestions and improvements in planned maintenance, Implementation and follow-up of suggestions and improvements on breakdown / repair
• Planning and controlling the TPME training and activities.Implementation and reporting of all kaizen and TPME actions of production machines and equipment
• To be performed ,tracked and reported of efficiency checks related to kaizen studies 
• Technical units (COSEE)  in Europe and suppliers to carry out the activities related to the technical department and to report when necessary.
• To conduct activities related to quality
• To conduct WCM PM activities
• To ensure that IATF 16949 quality management system and customer requirements are applied according to the requirements within the department
• Participation in QCC, NYS, COSEE and similar activities
• Follow-up of maintenance documents on SAP system
